The hospital twin

Better foresight. More care.

TaktCare builds a live twin of your whole hospital. It shows your teams where patients will wait, hours before they do, finds the one bottleneck that sets the pace, and helps them win that time back.

Why now

More patients. New rules. Little room to build.

75%

Average US hospital occupancy after the pandemic, up from about 64%. It could reach about 85% by 2032 if bed supply stays flat.

The hidden hospital

Your hospital is full of waiting.

Time is lost between departments, while a patient waits for a bed, a test, a consult, a clean room, a ride or a nursing home. Nobody owns that time, so nobody gets it back.

Admitted at noonUpstairs at 9 p.m.

The patient waits in the ER for a clean bed upstairs, and the ER fills up behind them.

Observed on FridayTested on Monday

The stress test does not run on weekends, so a low-risk patient spends two more days in the hospital.

Ready at 10 a.m.Home at 4 p.m.

The ride, the medicines or the paperwork came late, so the next patient waited too.

Each wait is small. Together they cost patients time, staff patience and hospitals money they never see.

The bottleneck

One wait sets the pace for the whole hospital. TaktCare shows you which.

Fix the wrong wait and nothing changes. TaktCare finds the one holding everything back, puts a price on it, and shows where the bottleneck moves after each fix, so you fix things in the right order.

What TaktCare does

See it coming. Act in time. Learn what works.

One twin serves the whole hospital: leaders, patient-flow teams and the staff on every unit see the same picture and the same next step.

See

The whole hospital

  • Every floor, bed and wait, from the front door to next care
  • The bottleneck that sets the pace, and what it costs
  • Tomorrow's pressure points, hours before they happen
  • A readout of the last 12 months in week one

Act

One owner, one next step

  • What needs each leader today, ready to approve
  • A morning brief on every phone
  • Next care arranged from day one, and AI helpers that do the chasing
  • Transfers each unit can accept today, and readiness for the new ER timeliness measure

Learn

Better every week

  • Which fixes worked, measured against your own baseline
  • A playbook of tested actions for the next wait
  • Big decisions tested before you build, next to the cheaper fix
  • Benchmarks across hospitals, with each hospital's permission

What to expect

A first readout in week one. A measured result by week eight.

You see the size of the prize before anything changes on the floor.

  1. Week 1

    See where time goes

Your first readout shows where patients wait across your hospital, and what that waiting costs you.

  2. Week 2

    Pick the first fix

Together we choose the wait that matters most and agree who owns it.

  3. Weeks 3 to 8

    Win the time back

Your teams act on clear next steps. Each week you see the result against your own baseline.

What changes

Built to change more than beds.

Beds are how we keep score. The goal is a hospital where care keeps moving, and where every week shows what changed.

Capacity

More from the beds, rooms and test slots you already have.

No integration. Nothing built in your EHR.

Your privacy office signs a data agreement before anything moves.

  • No EHR integration. Nothing is built inside your EHR, and nothing connects live.
  • Read-only. TaktCare never writes into your systems.
  • No names, record numbers or birth dates.
  • A signed agreement comes first. Data moves only under a BAA or data use agreement.
  • Every view and export is logged.
  • Operations, not medicine. TaktCare never diagnoses or treats. Clinicians decide every patient's care.

How we get paid

Our fee is tied to your results.

Before we start, we agree on a baseline from your own numbers. In the founding period, our fee is a share of what we win back against it. On a date we agree up front, it becomes a simple yearly subscription.

Questions

What hospital leaders ask us.

Do we need to integrate with Epic or Oracle Health?

No. Nothing is built inside your EHR and nothing connects live. Your team shares data the way it already does for reporting, under a signed agreement.

Is this patient data?

Yes, and we treat it that way. We never ask for names, record numbers or birth dates, and data moves only after a signed BAA or data use agreement, to hosting that also signs a BAA.

How is the fee set?

First we agree on a baseline from your own numbers. In the founding period, our fee is a share of the result measured against it, and you see that result every week. Then it becomes a yearly subscription, with a promise for the first year.

Does TaktCare make clinical decisions?

No. It supports hospital operations. It never diagnoses or treats, and clinicians decide every patient's care.

How fast can we start?

Your first readout comes one week after we receive your data. Your team sends what it already reports, on a schedule. Expect some analyst time in the first weeks, then little.

Founding hospitals, 2027

Be one of the first hospitals to win back its lost time.

We are opening a small number of founding partnerships for 2027. Founding hospitals get the first readouts, founding terms, and a say in what we build next.
